  1. The promoter of the DC Motors Cash Giveaway is Autopact Pty Ltd ABN 44 608 040 606.
  2. Applicable to all new, demo & used vehicles in-stock purchased from DC Motors.
  3. The promotional period will commence 08:00 AEST on 01/06/2024 and closes at 17:00 AEST on 30/06/2024.
  4. Eligible vehicles must be delivered by July 31st, 2024.
  5. Limit one entry per vehicle sold.
  6. Excludes fleet, government and rental buyers.
  7. The winner will be determined at random by a draw and will be notified by telephone or in writing.
  8. The draw will take place electronically online on August 6th 2024.
  9. There will be a total of three cash prizes drawn:
    1. 1st Prize - $10,000 AUD cash
    2. 2nd Prize - $5,000 AUD cash
    3. 3rd Prize - $2,500 AUD cash
  10. In addition to the above cash prizes, a $1,000 Fuel Card will be given away at random to participants of the draw each week starting from 08:00 AEST on 01/06/2024 until 17:00 AEST on 30/06/2024. The fuel card is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
  11. The winner of the cash giveaway will need to agree to have their first name and photo published on social media and the dealership website to be eligible to redeem the cash prize.
  12. The Terms and Conditions have been developed in accordance with guidelines set by Queensland’s Government Business Queensland.
