THE GOLDEN TICKET SALE

Promoter: Autopact CQ, comprising Rockhampton Auto Group, Rockhampton Mazda and DC Motors, Rockhampton, Queensland THE TRUSTEE FOR ROCKY MOTORS UNIT TRUST ABN 87 414 804 169.

Promotion Period: 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 inclusive.

Major Prize Draw: Friday, 6 November 2026.

1. Promotion

1.1 The Golden Ticket Sale (“Promotion”) is conducted by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.

1.2 The Promotion is open to eligible customers who purchase an eligible vehicle from one of the participating Autopact CQ dealerships during the Promotion Period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 The participating dealerships are:

• Rockhampton Auto Group
• Rockhampton Mazda
• DC Motors

1.4 Participation in the Promotion is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible to participate, a customer must:

1. purchase an eligible vehicle from a participating dealership during the Promotion Period;
2. purchase a vehicle that is physically in stock;
3. complete the purchase and take delivery of the vehicle within the required delivery period specified in these Terms & Conditions; and
4. meet all other requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its participating dealerships, and their immediate families are not eligible.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry and may require proof of purchase, identification or other reasonable documentation.

3. Golden Tickets

3.1 Every eligible vehicle purchase during the Promotion Period receives one Golden Ticket, subject to the vehicle being eligible under these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Each Golden Ticket represents one entry into the relevant weekly $500 prize draw and the $20,000 Major Prize Draw.

3.3 Certain selected vehicle models will qualify for two Golden Tickets, providing the eligible purchaser with two entries into the relevant weekly $500 prize draw and two entries into the $20,000 Major Prize Draw.

3.4 The list of vehicle models eligible for two Golden Tickets will be determined by the Promoter and may be communicated through promotional material, dealership staff or other official Promotion communications.

3.5 A customer who receives two Golden Tickets is entitled to two entries only. The issue of two Golden Tickets does not guarantee or imply a particular probability of winning.

3.6 Golden Tickets are not transferible, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and may only be used in connection with the eligible vehicle purchase for which they were issued.

4. Weekly $500 Prize Draws

4.1 During the Promotion Period, one $500 prize will be awarded each week.

4.2 Each weekly draw will include only eligible Golden Tickets relating to eligible vehicles purchased during the relevant weekly period.

4.3 The weekly prize is therefore drawn from customers who purchased an eligible vehicle from one of the three participating dealerships during that particular week.

4.4 The weekly draw will be conducted by the Promoter following the conclusion of each weekly entry period.

4.5 The winner of each weekly $500 prize will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for that week.

4.6 Customers who receive two Golden Tickets will have two entries in the relevant weekly draw.

4.7 The $500 prize will be provided to the weekly winner at the delivery of the eligible vehicle, subject to the vehicle purchase being completed and the vehicle being delivered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4.8 If the selected weekly winner does not complete the eligible vehicle purchase or is otherwise found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw to determine an alternative winner.

5. $20,000 Major Prize

5.1 Every eligible Golden Ticket issued during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the $20,000 Major Prize Draw, subject to the eligibility and delivery requirements in these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Customers who win a weekly $500 prize remain eligible for the $20,000 Major Prize.

5.3 Winning a weekly $500 prize does not remove a customer's Golden Ticket or Golden Tickets from the Major Prize Draw.

5.4 Customers who receive two Golden Tickets will have two entries in the Major Prize Draw.

5.5 One $20,000 Major Prize will be awarded.

5.6 The Major Prize will be randomly drawn on Friday, 6 November 2026 from all eligible Golden Tickets received during the Promotion Period.

5.7 The Major Prize winner must be present at the time and location specified by the Promoter to claim and receive the Major Prize.

5.8 If the selected winner is not present, cannot be contacted, fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, or is otherwise unable to claim the prize, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with the applicable promotional rules until an eligible winner is determined.

5.9 The Promoter may require the winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, eligibility and vehicle purchase before the Major Prize is awarded.

6. Vehicle Delivery Requirement

6.1 To remain eligible for any prize, the eligible vehicle must be delivered to the customer within the delivery period specified by the Promoter.

6.2 The eligible vehicle must be delivered no later than 15 November 2026.

6.3 A vehicle that has been purchased during the Promotion Period but has not been delivered by the required deadline will not be eligible for the $20,000 Major Prize.

6.4 The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including manufacturer, transport, registration, finance or other third-party delays; however, eligibility will remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.

7. Eligible Vehicles

7.1 The Promotion applies only to eligible vehicles that are physically in stock within the period specified by the Promoter.

7.2 Factory orders, customer orders or vehicles that are not physically in stock are excluded from the Promotion unless expressly approved by the Promoter in writing.

7.3 Certain selected models may qualify for two Golden Tickets.

7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to determine which vehicles and models are eligible for one or two Golden Tickets.

7.5 The Promoter may exclude particular vehicles, vehicle grades, variants, transactions or sales from the Promotion. Any exclusions will be communicated by the Promoter or participating dealership.

8. Promotion Period

8.1 Eligible purchases must be made between SOB on 1 September 2026 and COB on 31 October 2026.

8.2 Purchases made before the Promotion Period or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to extend or vary the Promotion Period where permitted by law and subject to any required approvals.

9. Prize Details

9.1 The total major prize value is $20,000.

9.2 There will be one $20,000 Major Prize.

9.3 There will be one $500 weekly prize for each designated weekly entry period during the Promotion.

9.4 The total number of weekly prizes will be 9.

9.5 The exact form in which the $20,000 prize will be provided is a novelty cheque.

9.6 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for another prize at the request of the winner.

9.7 Any taxes, fees, costs or liabilities associated with accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner, except where otherwise required by law.

10. Winner Notification

10.1 Weekly winners will be contacted using the contact details provided to the participating dealership at the time of purchase.

10.2 The Major Prize winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase and may also be announced through the Promoter's official communication channels.

10.3 By participating in the Promotion, eligible entrants consent to being contacted by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

10.4 The Promoter may request permission from winners to photograph or film the prize presentation for promotional purposes. Any such use will be subject to the winner's consent and applicable privacy requirements.

11. Winner Verification

11.1 All winners are subject to verification by the Promoter.

11.2 Before a prize is awarded, the Promoter may require the winner to provide:

• proof of identity;
• proof of vehicle purchase;
• proof of vehicle delivery;
• the relevant Golden Ticket or ticket number; and
• any other reasonable information required to verify eligibility.

11.3 If an entry is found to be invalid, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible, the Promoter may invalidate the entry and select an alternative winner.

12. Golden Ticket Administration

12.1 Each Golden Ticket will be assigned a unique ticket number.

12.2 The Promoter will maintain a record of eligible entries and corresponding ticket numbers.

12.3 Lost, damaged or destroyed Golden Tickets may be replaced at the Promoter's discretion where the Promoter can independently verify the customer's eligible entry.

12.4 Golden Tickets cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another person.

12.5 The Promoter's records will be treated as final in determining whether an entry was received and is eligible, subject to applicable law.

13. Privacy

13.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's applicable Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.

13.2 Personal information may be collected and used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting entrants and winners, verifying eligibility and awarding prizes.

13.3 Entrants may be asked separately to consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter. Participation in the Promotion is not conditional upon consenting to unrelated marketing communications unless otherwise permitted by law.

14. General Conditions

14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

14.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize where an entrant has engaged in fraud, deception, manipulation or other conduct intended to interfere with the proper conduct of the Promotion.

14.3 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

14.5 The Promoter may amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

14.6 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

14.7 By purchasing an eligible vehicle and participating in the Promotion, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
